Two issues found: `cataloguing` (line 111) — UK spelling; should be `cataloging` `"They discover and walk into new horizons of their lives."` (line 37) — unnatural English; you walk *toward* horizons, not *into* them

Everything else is clean: no cliche phrases, consistent US spelling, no register breaks, no three-in-a-row repeated openers.

The 5 Levels of Leadership — John Maxwell

The Title Trap

There is a particular kind of disappointment reserved for the person who finally gets the promotion, walks into the new office, sits down behind the bigger desk, and discovers that nobody actually cares. The plaque outside the door says manager, director, vice president, founder. The org chart confirms it. Payroll confirms it. And yet, when the new leader asks the team to push harder, or change direction, or take a risk, the room shifts in its chairs and gives back the bare minimum required by the job description. The title was supposed to be the prize. It turns out to be a starting line, and a lonely one.

John Maxwell has spent roughly fifty years arguing that almost everything you were taught about leadership in childhood is wrong. Leaders are not the people whose names appear in the box at the top of the chart. Leaders are not the people with the deepest voice in the room, the loudest opinions, or the most seniority. Leaders, Maxwell says, are the people other human beings actually choose to follow. That is the entire definition. Influence, nothing more, nothing less. Strip the title away, and a leader is still a leader. Hand a title to someone who has earned nothing, and that person is a manager with a problem.
